I’m Sara, a dedicated mental health professional committed to helping women and girls regain emotional balance, resilience, and well-being. With over 20 years of nursing experience and board certification as a psychiatric mental health nurse practitioner, I provide thoughtful, evidence-based care for hormonal mood disorders, anxiety, depression, ADHD, and other mental health challenges affecting women and girls.
At Balanced Mind Mental Health, I practice Lifestyle Psychiatry, blending traditional psychiatric care with principles of nutritional psychiatry, hormonal and metabolic mental health, and targeted supplement support. Rather than simply treating symptoms, I take a comprehensive, whole-person approach that addresses the many factors influencing emotional well-being. My services are designed to empower you in your healing process.
